Lara Vanden-Hoek, FNP-C

"Lara Vanden Hoek, FNP is a native of the Front Range area with her doctorate in nursing from the University of Wyoming. Lara provides comprehensive patient centered care to a full range of patients (infants to geriatrics).  Her passion is to partner with her patients to provide the care her patient’s deserve in order meet their goals and quality of life they want. She strives for holistic evaluation of all aspects of life by providing preventative care, office procedures, and physicals.

Lara received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota and graduated with honors. Six years of experience working in the Emergency Department, NICU and rural health that included rehab and surgical assists with cross-cultural care overseas. The Wyoming roots drew her back to receive her Doctorate of Family Nurse Practitioner degree at University of Wyoming."
