"Our clinic was started with primary care as our focus in our clinic in downtown Cedarburg, WI. We continue to serve our patients at our main clinic and we have been fortunate enough to spread our care all over Wisconsin.
Our practice growth over the years directly relates to new patient relationships, new care team providers, and new team members. We would like to thank everyone who has placed their own, or their loved one's, trust and care in our clinic and care team.
