Retainer Fee: $450 per month, covering one scheduled visit, direct access to the psychiatrist via phone or text, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
Additional Visits: Those requesting weekly sessions can opt for an plan at a reduced rate of $225/session.
Fee-for-Service: Additional charges apply for emergency visits, specific diagnostic tests, and treatments not included in the retainer.
Payment Terms: Payments are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, health savings account (HSA) card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee equivalent to the cost of service.
Refunds: Retainer fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, which are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Doctor Details:
Dr. Kathy Russeth, MD, has been practicing child and adolescent psychiatry for over 15 years, with board certifications in both general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry. She completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Affiliated Hospitals, where she also served as a clinical instructor.
Clinical Focus: Dr. Russeth specializes in treating anxiety and depresison, utilizing a combination of medication management and evidence-based psychotherapies including cognitive behavioral therapy and family therapy, as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy when longer-term, insight-oriented therapy is requested.
Philosophy of Care: Committed to a holistic treatment approach, Dr. Russeth believes in treating the whole patient, which includes their peer/family dynamics, school/work environment, and community/cultural influences.
Community and Professional Engagement: Outside the clinic, Dr. Russeth is active in the community and with advocacy, raising awareness for mental health. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, the Wisconsin Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, the Wisconsin Psychiatric Association, and the Dane County Medical Society, and serves in leadership roles.
Location and Accessibility: Services are offered onsite at 345 W Washington Ave, Madison, WI, or via telehealth across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Arizona. Home visits in Wisconsin are available when clinically indicated and mutually agreed upon.
