"Ha Ta, MD, FACP is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. She practices internal medicine at Coho Medical Group in Bellevue, WA. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Biology and received her doctorate in medicine at the University of Kansas in 1992. She completed her residency and chief resident year from the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Ta has spent most of her life in the midwest and lived most of her childhood in Kansas. She has worked for the VA, University of Kansas-Wichita campus as an assistant professor specializing in Hepatitis B/Hepatitis C, AIDS/HIV care, chronic pain. Dr. Ta has been working exclusively in inpatient medicine since 2010. She moved to Seattle when her husband was relocated by Boeing and has worked exclusively for Swedish.
While working in hospitals with complex medical patients, she has realized how primary care can allow patients direct access to the physician, higher prevention of diseases, and lower medical costs."
