"Dr Vance is Board-Certified in Family Medicine. She earned her MD from Wake Forest University, and her PhD from the University of California at Berkeley. She completed her Family Medicine residency in Billings, Montana, at the Yellowstone County Dept of Public Health. She began her clinical training in 1996 under Midwives in Texas, Minnesota, and Russia."
