"Chelsi Rayford PA-C is Delta Direct Care's new Physician Assistant and comes to us from Portland, Oregon by way of Oakland, California. Born and raised in Portland, she was an Ophthalmic Technician from 2014 to 2019. She's a graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in General Science - Pre Physician Assistant and holds a Masters in Science in Physician Assistant studies from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. Her positive energy and empathetic approach to medicine allows her to create lasting, sustainable connections with her patients. She believes in patient-centered care and is an advocate for disease prevention. While in Oakland, she mentored high school students interested in health care careers and spent time on international missions in both Peru and Panama. When not in the office, Chelsi and her husband are planning trips to exotic destinations."
