"Dr. Farrago received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia in 1987, his Masters of Education degree in the area of Exercise Science from the University of Houston in 1990, and his Medical Degree from the University of Texas at Houston in 1994. His residency training occurred way up north at the Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine. In his final year, he was elected Chief Resident by his peers.
For fifteen years Dr Farrago practiced family medicine in Auburn, Maine with over 75,000 patient visits during that time. He moved to Forest, Va. with his family in 2012. His connection to this area is through his wife Debra, who grew up here and whose mother, father and brother still live here. Dr. Farrago opened up the MedExpress on Timberlake in 2012 then worked one year as an independent contractor helping out Central Virginia Family Practice wherever they needed him (New London, Rustburg, Staunton River)."
