"Dr. Robert Schnarrs is a native of central Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pre-medicine from the Pennsylvania State University. This was followed with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He then embarked upon his surgical training at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh. Pennsylvania. He completed a general surgery residency and subsequently became board certified in General Surgery and recently recertified."
