"Dr. Salama attended medical school at the Alexandria Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, and after graduation practiced general medicine in Egypt and Bahrain for sixteen years. He completed the University of Virginia Internal Medicine Residency Program at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Salem, and joined Jefferson Internal Medicine Associates in August 1995. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Geriatrics."
