"Carly joined Jefferson Internal Medicine in 2019. She received her undergraduate education at Roanoke College and master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Mary Baldwin University. Previously she served the Roanoke Valley as a professional firefighter/EMT-I and fire investigator and continues to enjoy serving her community by providing individualized healthcare. Carly is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
