"For Dr. Kevin Keller, being a family medicine doctor in Midlothian, VA, means staying focused. “Listening to the patient is extremely important because the patient is giving you the information you need to make the diagnosis.”
“Empathy is also very important,” he says. “We have an opportunity to help people change their lives for the better, and it’s important they know that I am here for them.”
Dr. Keller always wanted to be a doctor. “I was one of those weirdos who knew when I was 5 or 6 years old,” he said. “I just always wanted to be a family doctor, and my wish came true.”
With more than 30 years of experience, he helps patients ages six and up with a variety of issues. From improving their pillars of health through diet, nutrition, and exercise, to treating skin conditions and other issues. As a family doctor, he enjoys the chance he gets to take care of whole families throughout their lives.
“What could be better than someone entrusting their life, or their families’ lives, with you,” he says. “It’s incredibly rewarding.”"
