"Allison Bae, MD, is a board-certified family physician. She graduated from the Medical College of Virginia and completed her internship and residency at Georgetown University. She was placed in the top 1% of all U.S. family practice graduates.

She was a Medical Director and Lead Physician at Virginia Hospital Center for 16 years before recently joining Inova VIP 360 in January 2016. At Virginia Hospital Center, Dr. Bae achieved patient satisfaction ratings of 90% by promoting a “patient first” culture and advocating for patient’s concerns and needs. She also spearheaded the implementation of Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) at the practice, achieving one of the highest Outcome Incentive Awards in 2014."
