"John Moore is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to evaluate, diagnose, treat and prescribe for numerous health conditions. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Utah in 2012. He completed his undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of Portland and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Oregon Health and Sciences University. John is a former All-American Track and Cross Country athlete and can often be found in the Wasatch running, biking, or skiing with friends and family. John Moore is currently accepting new patients."
