"C Wes Clements III, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Tailored MD, located in San Antonio, TX. He is a graduate of Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his residency training at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Clements relocated to San Antonio and acquired his board certification in family medicine to begin private practice.
