"My name is Cecilia Roman, FNP and I am a nurse practitioner and founder of Roman Family Practice, PLLC.  I  have dedicated my nursing career to the Killeen/Fort Hood greater community.  As an Army brat, I have lived all over the U.S.; but my family and I chose Central Texas to call our home.  I am a proud Alumni of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and graduated with honors.  When asked why I chose nursing as a career , I can honestly say that  chose me. Taking care of my patients does not feel like work to me. Instead, caring for patients fulfills me and I feel very privileged to be an important part of so many peoples lives. When I care for my patients I can't help but feel like I am taking care of a member of my family."
