"She attended the Medical Sciences Campus at the University of Puerto Rico, received her doctorate degree with honors in 1994, and went on to complete her residency at the All Children’s Hospital, now known as Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The American Board of Pediatrics certified her in 1997 and 2015. After finishing her training, she started working in a private office and as a CMS physician where she was assigned to deliver care for children with severe chronic and developmental problems. While working on this assignment, she became very frustrated with the limited programs available to help these children improve their development. Little did she know that this frustration would plant the seed that would eventually evolve in new developments and the center of her future professional life. In 2003, she received the title of Associate Professor from the University of Puerto Rico and has trained Pediatric residents.
Beginning in 2005 Dr. Baez Franceschi spent much of her time researching and traveling the world to train with the best so that when the center opened, she would be fully prepared to offer unique treatments. She received training and certifications in multiple modalities of treatments: Homeopathic Medicine, Biomedical Treatments, Integrated Listening Systems, Advanced Practitioner, Hyperbaric Chamber, Neurofeedback professional training, etc.
For years, she was the Pediatric Medical Expert on a local TV station program that aired at noon. She has participated in a multitude of television appearances, radio interviews, written hundreds of articles where she demonstrates her expertise in treating children and adults with developmental delays. She has been invited as a speaker to numerous local and international professional and educational conferences for colleagues and patients."
