"Dr. Seib is Director of Medicine at Health By Design. Her central role and passion is to lead and develop physicians who are focused on the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Sabrina is board certified in Internal Medicine and previously worked extensively in hospital and critical care medicine. She currently provides primary care medicine and personal relationship to her wellness center patients. Dr. Seib has a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University with an emphasis in epidemiology and prior involvement in a range of research projects that aligned with her interests in athletic training, international medicine, and infectious disease.
Those interests and experiences are now focused on enhancing the Health By Design experience from patient satisfaction and outcomes, to clinician development and quality metrics.
Dr. Seib’s training was at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine where she participated in a unique primary care training program that focused on rural and underserved populations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Dr. Seib’s passion to provide international medical care has extended to South Africa, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, and Ecuador.
Sabrina served in the US Army for eight years, both active duty and as part of the National Guard and met the challenge of Brigade-level logistic responsibilities as a Captain. She is passionate about health and wellness and lived firsthand the results of dedication to those goals when after university she was invited to Olympic Development Camp for rowing and ultimately became part of the Army’s World Class Athlete Program, trained with the United States National Team at the Olympic Training Center in San Diego and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials."
