Your PMH Subscription strengthens your connection with your doctor, adding new communication tools to keep you and your doctor on the same page 24/7. Why are communications so important? Patients want the ability to ask questions that are crucial to them but are perhaps not addressed during an office visit. We want to answer, too, but such qualitative services do not fall within the insurance model; they all take time and have value. In the past they had to be billed directly to the patient each and every time. No insurance codes exist for comfort, enhanced communications, and convenience.
