Austin Burnett, FNP-C

"AUSTIN BURNETT is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Austin graduated with his BSN in 2007 from Abilene Christian University and has been practicing in the Burleson area since he graduated with his Master's from Hardin Simmons University in 2010. Prior to obtaining his advanced degree, he worked as a Registered Nurse in the ER at Hendrick Health System in Abeline, TX.

Thoughtfully caring for patients medical needs from diabetes, hypertension, minor injuries, and upper respiratory infections is something Austin is very passionate about. He has also been trained to help balance patient's hormones using BioTe hormone replacement therapy.

Austin has been married to his wife Brittney since Feburary 2016 and they are very active in their church home. Austin enjoys hunting, cycling, and working outdoors during his time off. "

"Burleson Old Town Medical Center started in August 2006. Dr. Etter began as a solo practitioner directly after his residency training in the B&G building in Old Town. His desire to serve the  community well was and remains his primary goal. The practice has grown rapidly over the last 10 years and BOTMC has added two Nurse Practitioners, Austin Burnett and Paige Norris. They have worked as a team providing comprehensive medical care to the community over the last 5 years. The practice continues to grow and new patients are welcome."
