Dr. Wiley grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She graduated with high honors from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. During medical school, she was inducted into the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha."
