Hitchcock Family Medicine is Chattanooga's first direct primary care practice, operating on a monthly membership fee without insurance. You pay a monthly fee directly to our physician-only clinic. Any procedure or test done in the office is included. Members will have a phone number to reach their doctor directly any time of the day. House calls and after-hours visits are offered at no additional charge. Our two locations have free Wi-Fi and ample parking including handicap accessible spaces."
