"LeAnn is a board certified Physician Assistant. She is from a small town in West Tennessee. She attended Austin Peay State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University. She enjoyed her years in Clarksville and decided to move back to continue her career. In her free time, she enjoys catching up with her friends and spending time with her dog, an Australian Shepherd. Her favorite part of working in pediatrics is developing a relationship with families and watching children grow and develop over years. She is fluent in Spanish and hopes to cater to a diverse population."

"Rainbow Kids Clinic became a Recognized National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) on June 25, 2015 and renewed this status on May 28, 2021. The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home program reflects the input of the American College of Physicians (ACP), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and others. It was developed to assess whether clinician practices are functioning as medical homes and recognize them for these efforts.

"NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition raises the bar in defining high-quality care by emphasizing access, health information technology and coordinated care focused on patients,” said NCQA President Margaret E. O’Kane. “Recognition shows that Rainbow Kids Clinic has the tools, systems and resources to provide its patients with the right care, at the right time.”
