Nicole Carlin, FNP

"Nicole graduated in 2009 with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has worked in a variety of ICU's throughout her nursing career. She obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing degree from Tennessee State University specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She most recently worked in the Neuro-ICU at Skyline Medical Center before joining the team at Cornerstone Primary Healthcare."
