"Katherine Arenz, DO was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Arenz has a Bachelors in Genetics and a minor in Chemisty from Concord University in Athens, WV. She went to the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship in Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Arenz’s inspiration to become a physician comes from the two Lebanese brothers, “Drs Tony and Jerry” who took care of her as a child when she was quite ill. Her goal is to be like them; to help her patients be as healthy as possible and get to know them as people.
Dr. Arenz and her husband, Brian, have lived in Middle Tennessee since 2012. They have placed their roots in Houston County on their farm, Gnomehaven where they grow veggies, fruits, and chickens. Dr. Arenz and her husband attend church at Springhill in Cumberland City. They have four grown children, three dogs, Lucy, Nicodemus, and Samson, and 2 cats, Fidel Catsro and Mellow. Her hobbies are working with her husband to restore their 1850 cabin, bookbinding, art, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her husband and fur-babies. "
