"Crystal Shaw practices at For Your Family Health, a CovenantCare Group, in Dover, TN. Crystal is originally from Austin Texas in a military family moved around quite often. Crystal came to the Dover area at age 13 when her father arrived at Fort Campbell and has been in the area for over 20 years since. Crystal strives for a holistic approach and address multiple aspects of care with direct input and collaboration with the patient.
