"I’d like to personally thank you for visiting our website, and considering our clinics as you decide on your primary care home. I think it helps to get to know your potential provider so I’ll tell you a little bit about me.

My husband and I moved to TN in the spring of 2005 so I could attend PA school at Trevecca Nazarene University. Nashville quickly became “home” to us, and we decided to put down some roots. We are originally from Ohio and West Virginia, where our families still reside. We enjoy the hospitality in the south, and the weather can’t be beat! We are actively involved with our church, Fellowship Bible Church in Murfreesboro, TN. Our church family consists of an amazing group of people that we are humbled to be a part of. I strive to live a healthy lifestyle incorporating a whole foods diet and exercising regularly, in particular CrossFit. My hobbies include many different realms. I enjoy music (singing), photography, hiking, crafts/quilting, playing games with family/friends, movies, baking and entertaining in our home. Medicine is a passion of mine, and I am humbled every time a patient chooses me to be their provider. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. It is my goal to always provide high quality primary care to each patient."

"Our history begins in the summer of 2002, when Dr. S. Steve Samudrala MD, affectionately referred to as “Dr. Sam”, founded America’s Family Doctors. At the time, we operated out of our single Brentwood location. Fast forward almost a decade and our family practice continues to grow, blossoming into 3 locations in Middle Tennessee.

How have we grown so quickly? We attribute our success to staying true to our guiding principles:
