"Infection Disease & Internal MedicineDr. Jeremy Storm was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Dakota, and With Honors from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following this, Dr. Storm completed his internal medicine residency at the USD Sanford School of Medicine, and his infectious disease fellowship at the University of Iowa.
Dr. Storm has been in private practice, infectious disease and telemedicine for over 10 years and believes in building long-term relationships with patients and providers alike. In addition, Dr. Storm sits on state and national committees related to telemedicine and appropriate antibiotic prescribing."
