Ann Kulik, MD

"Dr. Kulik earned her undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University of Michigan and her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Kulik's residency in Family Medicine was accomplished at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan.  

She has been in practice in Aiken since October of 2006. Dr. Kulik is Board Certified, and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

She resides in Aiken with her husband."
