"Gregory J. Steinmetz, MD (Medical Doctor) has been a Board Certified Medical Doctor specializing in family medicine since 2001. Dr. Steinmetz graduated from Brown University’s Family Medicine Residency in 2001, New Jersey Medical School in 1998, and Lehigh University in 1994 ( Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering). Dr. Steinmetz is a member of the Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corporation (RIPCPC), American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and The Rhode Island Medical Society.
Doctor Steinmetz serves on the patient centered medical home committee as the chairman at RIPCPC, reviewing the latest medical studies and keeping fellow doctors informed through monthly email newsletters. Dr. Steinmetz was voted as Physician of the Year 2014 by Rhode Island Primary Care Physician's Corporation.
Doctor Steinmetz is an assistant clinical professor for Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School, hosting medical students in the office for training and mentoring."
