"UNDERGRAD: Temple University 1980, Bachelor of Arts in Biology
MEDICAL SCHOOL: Pennsylvania College of Osteopathic Medicine
RESIDENCY: PCOM 1989
CLINICAL INTEREST: I am fully competent in all aspects of Otolaryngology; however, I enjoy working on nasal sinuses and sleep apnea in all age populations.
WHERE DO YOU LIVE: Lititz, PA
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK: I enjoy cooking and baking. One of my favorite things to do is try to re-invent new recipes for my friends and family. I also love the outdoors and found a new love for backpacking and camping.
FUN FACT: In addition to being a surgeon, I am a novice artist. I enjoy drawing, sculpting, and creating. Music is also an important part of who I am, I love all styles and genres. You may hear me singing or whistling down the halls in the office!
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PHYSICIAN: Growing up, my father was a health teacher. There were always old textbooks in my house that I would sit and read, which initiated my love for medicine. I realized I was able to use those skills as I got older, in boy scouts making splints and as a lifeguard teaching water safety. I recognized that helping people was an innate ability and I cannot imagine my life doing anything else."
