"Dr. Allred is board certified in family medicine. She received her MD from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her residency training at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency in Grand Junction, Colorado. She is passionate about wellness, nutrition and helping her patients to become advocates for their own health.
Her interests outside of medicine include writing, reading, exercising and spending time with her family.
She also advocates Reboot products to address sugar cravings, candida infections and leaky gut."
