"I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). My pronouns are she/her/hers. I support mental wellness through medication management and psychotherapy.
I have always been fascinated by people’s personal stories and how they interact with the world. What has brought them to this point? How can their experiences be improved or enriched? I believe everyone has the innate capacity to succeed and grow. But trauma, illness, life stressors, and social determinants of health can create challenges to mental well-being, and you might need a little help to be your healthiest and happiest.
I believe in forging a partnership with you, meeting you where you are, listening to your perspective, and respecting your choices. I promise you empathy, directness, and dedication.
My treatment philosophy is grounded in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. I will use the gentlest interventions that will achieve your individual goals. I believe in holistic care and will collaborate with OIH teammates and community partners to provide quality mental, physical and social health.
I have lived in Portland most of my life, and I love it here. I especially enjoy the coast, hiking trails, local restaurants, and all the interesting people who call this place home.
I look forward to hearing your story and working with you to grow stronger and healthier."
