Dr. King attended Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with academic honors in 2007. After a one year rotating internship at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, Dr. King moved to New York and completed a residency in Dermatology at St. Barnabas Hospital in June 2011. She is board certified in dermatology.

Dr. King has received many academic honors, held leadership positions within the medical community, participated in dermatology clinical research trials, and has published several articles in professional journals. She is currently serving as a Treasurer for the Ohio Dermatologic Association."
