"Tammy has 19 years of nursing experience beginning in Charlotte, NC at Carolinas Medical Center in Neuro-Progressive/Intensive Care. She then moved to Intensive Care at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center where she resided in Mooresville, NC. After spending several years as an ICU nurse she found herself being called to private practice and began her journey into the world of aesthetics and plastic surgery. She became an RN injector for a reputable plastic surgeon in Charlotte, NC. While working in plastics she obtained her aesthetician’s license to expand her knowledge of the anatomy of skin. With a strong foundation in plastics and aesthetics in
place Tammy then chose return to school to obtain her Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner where she graduated in October of 2017 and became AANP Board Certified November 21, 2017.
Tammy’s background in aesthetics and nursing brings diversity to Benton Integrative Medicine. She has extensive training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, minor medical procedures, skincare, and product knowledge. She enjoys being able to lend a hand and interacting with all patients. However, what she finds most fulfilling is assisting patients achieve their optimal health goal.
Tammy was inducted into the Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau International in March of 2017. When Tammy is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and son Timothy."
