Maja Djordjevic, MD

"Dr. Djordjevic has been a practicing pediatrician for over twenty years. She obtained her MD degree in Europe, and completed her Pediatric Residency at St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital Center, a university hospital of the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she also served as a Chief Resident. Dr. Djordjevic is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). She is experienced in multiple facets of pediatric medicine, including emergency care, primary care, newborns, and treatment of acutely ill hospitalized children. She has been the Director of the Department of Pediatrics of a local community hospital for fourteen years, and has been selected as the hospital's 2019 Physician of the Year. She is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Djordjevic is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Djordjevic has raised her family in Westchester County, New York. She is also a fashion and architectural design enthusiast, as well as an avid swimmer."
