"Dr. Solomon graduated from Yale with honors and a B.S. in Biology. He graduated from New York University Medical School in 1991 with distinction, having been elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. He trained in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. After his residency he served as Chief Medical Resident from 1994 to 1995. He then joined the Albert Einstein teaching faculty from 1995 to 1998. In 1998 Dr. Solomon left academia to open his private practice in Manhattan. Dr. Solomon has been named one of the Top Doctors in New York, and NY Magazine has recognized him multiple times as a Best Doctor in Internal Medicine. He has also received community recognition for his work with patients in Hamilton Heights and Harlem in Northern Manhattan. Dr. Solomon has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 1995. He teaches for and admits patients to Mount Sinai Medical Center. He also works closely with specialists at other Manhattan institutions including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Hospital for Joint Diseases."
