"Dr. Lionel Anicette MD as the collaborative physician of the group brings a wealth of knowledge in the management of multi-disciplinary medical systems focused on the provision of quality, evidence-based medicine. As a proud graduate of both Rutger’s Medical School and it’s three year Internal Medicine Residency, he has embarked on a medical career that spans 20 years of managing and guiding medical initiatives for governmental, non-profit and private clinical operations. He is a tireless innovator who has hosted state-wide symposiums on health care at venues such as the New Jersey Hospital Association and has trained hundreds of health care personnel on a myriad of health topics. He has been on the forefront of innovation and was one of the first providers of tele-medicine in New Jersey yet his ultimate objective has always been maintaining the integrity and sanctity of his patients’ health and welfare.
While he has guided several organizations to the attainment of national accreditation from bodies such as the Joint Commision on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, he regards his greatest accolades to be those that come from his patients after they’ve benefitted from his care and attention. He has often been praised for his nurturing and compassionate perspective on the management of heath care and prides himself on his ability to relate complicated medical conditions in an approachable and understandable manner.
In fulfilling his role as the collaborative physician he is accessible and accommodating to his fellow health providers and is always ready to provide clinical input in the management of even the most involved disease states. He doesn’t shy away from difficult situations yet considers them as challenges to be overcome.
