"Dr. Laurie Senol is a board-certified physician with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She helps patients stay well by helping them find an optimal balance of movement and nutrition that fits into their individual lifestyles. She helps patients make choices about movement, exercise, and nutrition that are enjoyable enough that they can be sustained in their everyday living. Additionally, she believes that medications and/or supplements are useful tools when necessary, but are maximized only when a patient has already optimized their lifestyle and eating habits.

Dr. Laurie treats each patient as an individual and works with them to maximize their comfort and compliance with any treatments or recommendations. She believes an understanding between a provider and a patient is key in helping patients move towards their goals.

Dr. Laurie grew up in New Jersey and knew she wanted to be a doctor since she was a child. Prior to becoming a doctor, she worked in biomedical computing at IBM. While pregnant with her first child, she completed medical residency and has worked in a private practice for the past 20 years. She believes telehealth is a great way to establish long-term relationships with patients. She’s also an avid traveler to “places near and far” and loves spending time with her family and goldendoodle, Rosie."
