"Dr. David Sly is board-certified in Family Medicine and has more than 28 years of experience practicing medicine. He’s trained as an Osteopath and has developed a strong self-education in integrative modalities like nutrition, exercise, acupuncture, meditation, and massage.

Dr. Dave strives to help his patients understand the nuances of their individual health situations and develop a personalized health plan for each. Having identified with his family doctor growing up in the Midwest, Dr. Dave learned at an early age how important it is to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits and balance in all aspects of life. He takes care to educate patients about how they can improve their lifestyles in ways that will help optimize their health and wellbeing.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dave enjoys taking daily walks with his wife (weather permitting) and going to church almost daily. He and his wife have eaten a plant-based diet for years and have personally experienced the benefits of a nutritious diet.
