"Dr. Cherisa Sandrow is board-certified in Family Medicine, with many years of experience in Obstetrics and Women’s Health. Her mission as a doctor is to make her patients feel well supported, cared for, and inspired to take great care of themselves, their families, and their communities.
When it comes to treating patients, her number one priority is to listen. She says, “Life is busy, and everyone has a different story. I want to understand my patients’ barriers to health. I want to help them decide the best changes that they can make because they will feel empowered. Teaching people to integrate mindfulness and meditation, exercise, and healthy eating is a key component to getting healthy… It’s about creating a lifestyle and daily habits that last forever.”
Dr. Cherisa is also Osteopathic Trained, certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy, and certified as a John Maxwell Coach and Trainer. She thrives on helping others grow and develop through personal growth and leadership development. She says, “My husband and I feel that it is our mission to make the world a better place and impact people, to be good people with a positive outlook on life, and to inspire others to do the same.”
When she’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Cherisa loves to hike, bike and take trips to the mountains with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 malamute dogs. They also enjoy great food, cooking, and traveling the world to explore various cultures."
