"With a strong foundation in integrative person-centered care, Sarah works to support her patients’ innate capacity for healing. She enjoys using a variety of tools including functional medicine, mind-body practices, coaching, and integrative therapies to empower patients. She recognizes the importance of addressing all three aspects of the person — mind, body, and spirit — to promote patients’ optimal health. Sarah earned her doctorate in Integrative Health and Healing at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality for Healing, where her doctoral project entailed building programs to help patients build resilience and well-being. Sarah is certified in functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine and is trained as a Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Foundation."
