"Christen strives to provide holistic care to her patients, placing an emphasis on developing a healthy lifestyle, forming strong nutrition habits, and building effective mental health behaviors to empower their healing. With a nursing background in women’s health, Christen continues her education in Integrative Functional Medicine under the guidance of Dr. Basima Williams at PALM Health. Christen graduated from Chamberlain University with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She looks forward to serving patients who have a variety of concerns while using functional medicine at the core of her practice. Christen has a passion for nutrition therapy, the power of the mind-body connection, and preventive care through treating each patient’s unique and specific needs."
