"Dr. Weiss has been Board Certified in Plastic Surgery since 1990. He completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery/Hand Surgery/Microsurgery at the University of Colorado, and is on staff at Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC), a part of the University of Maryland Medical system, a nationally recognized academic medical center that includes some of the most advanced clinical services available anywhere.
Dr. Weiss's commitment to his patients has been demonstrated through his teaching and publications in the field of Plastic Surgery. His compassion for each patient led him to develop and pioneer techniques that make recovery less uncomfortable and take the ouch out of surgery.
