"Dr. Johnson was recognized by W Magazine as one of the top five rhinoplasty surgeons in the world, as well as election by his peers to “The Best Doctors in America” yearly since 1992. He is the senior author of the innovative textbook, Open Structure Rhinoplasty, as well as The Aging Face and A Case Approach to Open Structure Rhinoplasty. He is also a contributing author of Master Techniques in Rhinoplasty. He has been acknowledged as a distinguished educator, and his textbooks have been translated to multiple languages used in facial plastic training worldwide. In addition, he is the Fellowship Preceptor in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and a clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Tulane School of Medicine.

Dr. Johnson founded Hedgewood Plastic Surgery in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. His undergraduate years were spent at Yale University and Tulane University. Following a five year residency in the Tulane Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Johnson completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery under the tutelages of Dr. Richard Webster of Boston and Dr. Walter Berman of Beverly Hills. He is double board certified by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, Dr. Johnson is a member of The American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, The American College of Surgeons, The Louisiana State Medical Society and The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery."

We are spacing people appropriately so that there will be little to no waiting time. There is a station for you to grab a mask and sanitize immediately upon entering the facility.
