He is also the acting medical director of Cypress Point Nursing Home, Forest Haven Nursing Home, Trinity Home Health, United Home Health, Medistar Home Health, PHC Hospice and is on staff at Promise Rehabilitation Hospital.Dr. Rainwater is a Louisiana native who graduated from Centenary College, completing his medical training at LSU Medical School in Shreveport, LA.
