"Christy is excited to be a leader and advocate for her patients’ care. In the past, Christy worked as a family nurse practitioner as well as in other specialties. Christy brings to the practice her experience in pulmonary, critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and additional areas.
Over her years of work, Christy has experienced the brokenness of the traditional health care system first hand. Complicated policies, cumbersome forms and paperwork, and insurance-dictated care created a disconnect in her relationship with patients. Not only did Christy want a way out of the traditional health care system, but she also wanted to provide a way out for patients as well.
As the provider for Member Medical DPC, Christy will be able to spend more one-on-one time with patients, investing in their lives and their care.
Christy lives in Hardin County with her husband, Brandon, and son, Gage. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December 2008 and then her Masters of Science in Nursing in August 2010 from Western Kentucky University."
