He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine Champaign-Urbana in 1993. He graduated from SIU Decatur Family Medicine Residency in 1996. He has been practicing family medicine in Decatur, Maroa and Forsyth over the past 23 years. Dr. Miller emphasizes wellness and preventative health, and performs in-office no-scalpel vasectomies."
