"Dr. Jacqueline Olivo attended medical school at the University of San Luis Gonzaga, in the city of Ica. She started her family medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital in Chicago, she then finished her residency at the University of Illinois. Dr. Olivo is passionate about better the health of everyone especially her patients through education and medicine. As a teacher, she also shares her knowledge with family medicine residents from the UIC Hospital. As well as through mentoring nursing and physician assistant students from Northwestern University. She also has an interest in aesthetics and runs a Medspa along with her medical practice.
Dr. Jacqueline Olivo is also the treasurer of Illinois Peruvian Medical Society. IL-PAMS is a non-profit organization that focuses on helping the people Peru who need medical attention or other basic necessaties. IL-PAMS has missions in which members and volunteers go to help as well as see the progess their efforts have made. This year Dr. Olivo is organizing the 5K for Peru that takes place in August. All donations and proceeds will go to the upcoming Cerro San Cosme mission in September."
