"Dr. Dale Gray graduated from Houghton College in Houghton, NY in 1978 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology, Summa Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1982. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Rochester, Rochester General Hospital, and a year as Chief Resident in 1986. He helped open the Crusader Clinic office on Kishwaukee St. in Rockford in 1986, and then worked as a staff physician at the Rockford Clinic from 1988 through 1998. In 1998, he helped start the Hospitalist Program at Rockford Memorial Hospital, and served as its medical director. In 2001, he began his current independent internal medicine practice. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine with the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford. Dr. Gray is board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine."
