John Born, DO

"Dr. Born is a licensed physician and surgeon, board certified in Family Medicine and currently is in his 15th year of practice.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Born completed his family practice residency at the Chicago Osteopathic Hospital.

Dr. Born currently serves as President of the Central DuPage Hospital medical staff as elected by his colleagues. He previously served as medical director of the Central DuPage Physican Group and as Chief of Staff of the hospital.  He now serves as a hospital board member and is callled on as a medical consultant for medical managament quality firms.

Dr. Born's special interests are in preventitive medicine and management of chronic diseases and conditions. He is a professional member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, the Illinois State Medical Society, and the DuPage Medical Society. "
